Refund Process

  2. Share order details along with the unboxing video.
  3. Our team will verify the request within 2–3 business days.
  4. If approved, the refund will be initiated.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
